Issue warnings, escalate to bans, keep a full evidence trail.
Issuing a warning
Warnings can be issued from the dashboard, from a Discord slash command, or directly from a killfeed entry's overflow menu. Each warning is timestamped, signed by the moderator, and notifies the player by DM.
Escalation
By default, three open warnings within 30 days trigger an automatic temp-ban suggestion. The suggestion is a draft — a human always approves the actual ban.
Audit trail
Every warning, ban, lift, and modification writes a row to the audit log. The full history is searchable per-player and per-moderator forever.
