How REAPER maps your Discord roles to dashboard privilege.
Owner authority
Access depends on the community's Discord ownership and recognized REAPER roles, plus the server and feature being accessed. Connecting a Nitrado service is not a general right to manage any community. Use Setup's role controls and the relevant permission settings to configure staff access; keep owner-only actions restricted.
Role changes and cached lookups
REAPER checks community and role access, but Discord lookups and session access can be cached. Shared staff-resolution helpers cache member role IDs for five minutes and the guild role catalog for ten minutes; these are not a universal dashboard refresh deadline. Promotions and revocations are not guaranteed to appear instantly. Those helpers do not use expired cached roles when a refresh fails.
