Quickstart: live in 30 minutes
The fastest path from login to your first killfeed event.
What you need before you start
REAPER is a Discord-native operational layer on top of your Nitrado-hosted DayZ server. Before you start, gather three things — they keep the setup short.
- A Discord guild where you have Manage Server permission
- An active Nitrado DayZ server (PC, Xbox, or PS) with API access
- Your Nitrado token (Account → API → Generate token)
Step 1 — Sign in with Discord
Open the marketing site and click Get Started. We use Discord OAuth — no second account, no password to remember. Your guild list is read once at sign-in to find servers you can administer.
Step 2 — Connect Nitrado
From Settings → Nitrado, paste your token and select the server ID. REAPER verifies the connection live; you'll see a green pill within a few seconds if the credentials are valid.
Step 3 — Pick your feed channels
Map each REAPER feed (killfeed, hitfeed, build feed, ticket feed) to a Discord channel. You can publish all of them, route some to staff-only, or disable any you don't want.
Step 4 — Watch your first event
Within 10 seconds of your first in-game kill, REAPER publishes a killfeed embed. If it doesn't appear, jump to the Troubleshooting → log-not-found article.
