Missing role / can't access dashboard
A teammate logged in but they don't see anything. Quick diagnosis.
How role derivation works
REAPER uses Discord identity, community membership, ownership, and recognized roles to determine access. Role lookups and session access can be cached, so Discord changes are not guaranteed to take effect instantly. Server selection and plan requirements can also affect which tools appear.
Common causes
Check the account and community first, then refresh access and review the server and feature requirements.
- They aren't actually in the Discord guild that owns the server
- Their admin role was removed (intentionally or accidentally)
- The required REAPER role or permission configuration is missing, or a recent role change has not refreshed yet
- They signed in to the wrong Discord account
